The concept
Two contrasting volumes — a fully glazed block screened by warm timber louvres, and a terraced residential wing — are drawn together beneath a single sweeping roof canopy carried on slender full-height piers.
Deep planted balconies line every floor, and double-height sky gardens open the section to light and air, giving the development a green edge from street to skyline.
