The concept
A selection of private bungalows across Salt Lake, Kolkata, each tailored to its family and plot and currently at various stages of construction.
Recurring themes run through them: layered façades of stone, glass and timber, deep balconies and planted terraces, and a careful balance of openness and privacy on compact urban plots.
